A virtual meeting of the English Planning Committee will be held after this weeks virtual meeting of the CDR executive board meeting.
The planning meeting will be focused on Covid19 planning
1) Review of the contracts and deposits made for the Jane Austen Ball and refund policies.
2) Should we postpone the ball to a later date? What are our options if we postpone?
