We’re taking a break this year to plan an extra-special Jane Austen Ball for her 250th Birthday next year.

Syracuse Country Dancers are holding a Sun Assembly with Dan Blim calling, and music by Bellamira [Jane Knoeck (piano), Eileen Kalfass (violin) and Catherine Sloboda (violin/viola)] on May 17-18.  Registration will open on the Ides of March (March 15), and should sell out quickly.  https://syracusecountrydancers.org/the-sun-assembly.

In the future Rochester’s Jane Austen Ball will be held in odd numbered years, and Syracuse will hold it’s Sun Assembly in even numbered years.
